Guest guest
judith.poole Wed Apr 20, 2005 2:42 pm dear listmates I just learned that a dear cousin has breast cancer. I have not yet spoken with her, but her message states that surgery is planned. I welcome any suggestions and/or any things to avoid that I can recommend to her, including prep for surgery and recovery after. And there is no reason for anyone to feel powerless against the whims of the disease. Maybe the following will help. As Donna states, " It is essential that lymph flow freely and be able to drain from the breasts " ... ....and on pages 263-264 (hardback book) she lists 5 steps to take for clearing those lymphatics EVEN IF you have an unfamiliar lump. ....methods from massaging the lymphatics in specific areas, to clearing the chakras over the breasts, over the nipples, etc. A MUST READ! More good news, in the " Edgar Cayce Encyclopedia of Healing " (by Reba Ann Karp) is given several methods that have been successful in healing breast cancer...read pages 102-105. Some diet considerations... The benefits of raw food, " ...the value of fresh vegetables, freshly juiced " ... " after a month the boy showed some improvement, and after 18 months the tumor was gone...so the boy returned to school and was even allowed to get on the track team. " ... The value of raw almonds, " the tumor seemed to be getting better, after a while, it didn't seem to be getting any biggeer. After 7 months it was smaller. Two months later it was totally gone. " ....anything that will strengthen the immune system... 1. daily 5 minute energy routine, with specific emphasis on the Spleen meridian...3 times a day... 2. EFT tapping out the neggies surrounding the disease... " Even though I feel like (fill in the blanks) I totally appreciate and accept myself! " 3. proper visualization techniques of " results as if already achieved! " 4. proper diet (assimilations), proper vitamins, Vitamin A, Vitamin C and selenium, proper dosages...energy test for them...they'll be much higher amounts than you " think " ...proper blood purifiers, ie, eating a large green fresh salad for lunch... 5. Proper eliminations...through all 4 channels... 6. proper exercise, exercises that move the muscles, the joints, the lymphs, the 8's in the energy field... Enough for now. Much more available. Guest guest
Hi On a related subject I have recently been diagnosed with Cervical Dysplasia which can in certain circumstances turn into cancer. The doctor would like to operate. However I have decided to heal this condition myself using a variety of techniques and chinese herbs. There are so many cancer type diets out there that it is quite a frustrating situation, in terms of knowing which one is right for you eg macrobiotic, eat right for your blood typeor metabolic typing. From my research I have discovered that diary should definitely be removed from the diet. Luckily I am not a big one for diary (except Chocolate!!! which at a time like this would be a great comforter!!) The question of whether to eat meat or not is another bone of contention. I have decided that if I am going to eat meat then it must be organic, which I was doing anyway! However, does organically raised beef etc and poultry necessarily mean that it has no added hormones or does it just mean that the food stuff that the animal ate was 'natural' and without added chemicals. There are lots of great raw food cookery books, at the moment my favourite is by Renee Loux Underkoffler. Does anyone have any information on whether soya products are okay or not? I have started to use soya, miso, nama shoyu and umeboshi plums. Every health care practitioner that I speak to has a different idea! I am based in Europe and decided to go to London to visit Madison King who works closely with Donna Eden, for a kick up the bum for my energy medicine practice! I found this hugely beneficial and would recommend it, even if it is just for the extra care and attention. It is possible to have hair analysis to discover vitamin and mineral status. However recently I have been informed that hair analysis is great for seeing which heavy metals are present in the body but that is about it. I would energy test the vitamins to see if your body actually can absorb that type of processed vitamin. I have struggled to absorb zinc for the last year and have finally resorted to wearing a zinc bracelet and using a food state form of zinc, which seems to be helping. Look into taking Linseed/Flaxseed oil, wheatgrass/barleygrass/spirlina and enzyme supplementation. I would recommend getting in touch with a naturopath, I contacted Tori Hudson who is based in Portland and she had lots of great advise (she also has written a book on female health problems). Also consider a liver cleanse/support and an intestinal cleanse/detox. Hope this helps. Doc you mentioned that more info is available I would be very interested. Thanks Jocelyn
Guest guest
Dear judith i am sorry to hear that your cousin has cancer i have had friends and family pass from it because i did nothing to help them so i would like to ratify that here. First you could tell her to start messageing her lylymphatics espically around her breast bone and in between her ribs. also a mini trampoleen would work to loosen up the toxens so that they could be removed (it does the samething any excersize does the viration stimulate the lymph system and gets the toxins mixed up so they can be taken out like shaking up gatorade). But for the most part you cousin is probley weak from the cancer so messageing would be more practial at the time. I also found that lots of sunshine help me when i am sick and just being out doors also. But the locations of the message points are as follows under the arms in between each rib. along the breast bone inbetween the rib right beside the sternim on both side. and also K27 a inch under the indent of the colar bone. After messageing them you can " thump " them with your hand. to do this create a cup shape like when you swim and hit the points with the tip of your fingers for about 50 or so times or for about 2 to 3 mins. well thats all i got. hope your cousin feel better soon and a big part of getting better is beliveing that you will so have faith in the healing process. later Tgiza Ps Donna I just got your started kit for energy medicen and i love it i felt better just watching it great products thank you. , " docspeed2001 " <docspeed2001> wrote: > > judith.poole@> > Wed Apr 20, 2005 2:42 pm > > dear listmates > I just learned that a dear cousin has breast cancer. > I have not yet spoken with her, but her message > states that surgery is planned. Guest guest
Check out "Of Monkeys and Dragons: Freedom from the Tyranny of Disease" by Michele Longo O'Donnell. Dr. Melanie told me about it. It's in paperback and on CD. It gives hope to people, and it is very easy to understand without being an energy practitioner already. The author is a nurse who started an Alternative Treatment Center in San Antonio, TX in the 70s. She is very religious, but not denominational. For many people that is a plus. Guest guest
On a technical note - my understanding of hair analysis is that it is post dated, in other words it will show you where you were at when the hair that is analysed was in the follicle (where it will have stored the metals etc). one it grows out of the follicle and becomes visible it no longer takes up anything. Once you know how fast your hair grows you can work out how far back the tests are valid for. If you snip off the end of the hair then you will get the results for when that hair was in the follicle and THAT can be radically different to what is happening NOW - which is why I mention it. Make sense? - coachdrgridley Saturday, April 23, 2005 8:10 AM Re: Re: FORWARDED: My friend has cancer. what can we do?
