To begin with, I'm no font of knowledge when it comes to energetics.

I have my own methods, and am learning more and more each day. (GET

DONNA EDEN'S BOOK! It's like... 10 bucks on Amazon.com and worth,

oh... one hundred TIMES that much.) I see alot of posts like " where

is this thread? " or " Could you repost X drill? " or " Why can't you

just say how to do it? "

Yes, I did it too.

But I discovered something truly amazing. After spending about 4

hours browsing through over 470 posts to find the Care Bear Hearts

drill, I FOUND IT! And it means alot to me. I do it all the time.

If I'm down, upset, feel like I'm putting out off-vibes, whatever, I

do the damn drill. And guess what? I'll probably never forget it.

THAT's what Doc and friends don't repost drills. They want you to get

off your mental arse and bloody look for it. That's why I didn't

repost the drill when I found it. I realized how much I learned

simply by looking that I felt it dishonorable to rob others of that

opportunity.

So, a few quick tips on how to find stuff in this group that I've

discovered the hard way.

1) Know what you're looking for. Just thinking " I'm looking for

drills " isn't going to cut it. Browse through, find a reference to

one that intrigues you, and go to step two.

2) Search is your friend. Type in, say, " Care Bear Hearts " and hit

enter, and behold the magic of modern technology as it knocks several

hundred posts out of your cue and leaves you with those that contain

those words.

3) Look through the posts.

Pretty simple hey?

must want it with an inner exuberance that erupts through the skin and

joins the energy that created the world. "
