Guest guest
I came up with another " dumbed down " version of the Wayne Cook Posture. I still do the full one at least once aday, including the forehead part. But, when I'm sitting in a group, like at a table, I'll simply cross my legs by grabbing my left ankle with my right hand, then switch after a while. Definitely not a substitute, but it helps.
