Guest guest
Right now I'm doing two EFT drills each day for two issues. The SUDS on one is zero and the other is about one. How many different EFT drills for different issues can I do per day and expect to get results? My tempation is to take on 5 or 6 issues. Guest guest
Let's find out ... my feeling is ... and I don't know where this comes from ... BUT my feeling is YOU can work on 5 or 6 different issues. The important this is to focus on one at at time ... Segment Intending ... which is sort of automatic with EFT, but believe me, I've had students get their phobias crossed. The question I would ask is " Is it still working? " i.e. " Is the SUDS still going down? " I'd say you've reached " critical mass " when you're no longer getting the results. But, then again, I sometimes say things. --Vince --- Rick Leinecker <rickleinecker wrote: > > Right now I'm doing two EFT drills each day for two > issues. Guest guest
Rick, Remember this mantra for any issue " It's only an energy " or " It's only energy " . Do as may as you feel comfortable doing. Doc Houston At 02:09 PM 4/22/2005, you wrote: >Right now I'm doing two EFT drills each day for two issues. Guest guest
EVERYBODY has " issues " . And getting rid of all of them might be a good way to elliminate a perfectly good away from motivator. What is something you REALLY want that you don't yet have? What stops you? EFT on the what stops you. Now go do the steps to get what you want.
