Guest guest
For anyone that is doing self testing of energies I thought I would share this with you. One of the best "tools" I have found to test with is an old steel shot put. I have one that I can hold straight out comfortably. So I know the weight is correct for me. The minute I am holding it out and test one of my points or if I am testing vitamins, whatever. I immediately feel my arm starting to drop if there is something off. I like the feel of the ball in my hand, fits comfortable unlike a dumb bell or a weight plate. Something for you to try. Dave.
Guest guest
hi dave, nice idea. Have you tried making the weight lighter and lighter? As ET is not a test of strength it should be possible to get the same result with a feather if you develop and contact how it "FEELS" to you. Actually this is hard to explain - it is another example of when feeling it means you understand it. It is one of the reasons why anyone can test a muscular person AND get a result - so long as they know how and don't get hung up on "OMG this person is huge, I am never going to get a reliable test". I wonder if doing the test without the weight but asking the question "if I had the weight in my hand how would this feel" might be another way to explore this. Looks like i am going to have to dig my weights out from under my bed and see how this works for me )) - David Gluth Saturday, April 23, 2005 4:39 PM Self testing energies For anyone that is doing self testing of energies I thought I would share this with you.
