I remember Doc taught a really simple exercise to detach from entities,

hungry ghosts, one that was filled with alot of intention as fuel for

the drill to be Turbo Boosted into great results.

I modified it a bit, and instead of dis-connecting with entities or

others that drag ya down...I found myself also using that tool for other

stuff, like for creating better boundaries, by cutting out some of my

past behaviors, like cutting the Aka Cords to my attachment to

procrastination, to being reactive and other such non-empowering stuff.

I recall Donna said once, that one thing that she did, to help her get

over her MS, which also helped to activate her radient circuits to

direct energy to different areas of her body to heal was simply to have

faith to know the healing process needs to complete itself first by

breathting to cause things to move and she would visualize an open water

faucet spicket at the bottom of her spinal cord, to release those toxins

and her body learned to follow a new habits. and sometimes, she felt as

though she was being guided by faith, to do the right thing at the right

time, without having her mind think about it.

Im going to incorporate it, into my Daily Routine and see what happens.
