Yes, it send you into a PR, so just hold the left hand to your 3rd

chakra and tap the karate chop position with the right finger tips.

 

Do it about 15-20 times.

 

That will clear the immediate PR.

This is NOT to dwell on that (the worst thing) but to acknowledge
