Guest guest
Yitz, I don't know where you are located. What I would do for this is to use a plantain poultice, from fresh plantain leaves (the best thing is to take a leaf, chew it for a little while (the saliva mixed with the plant makes it far more effective), then I'd put it on the blister and cover it with a bandage. You can also use a plantain salve on it. You can also try to put some castor oil on it at night (make sure to use only organic castor oil) Bonnie Rogers800-863-3403phdproducts.compethealthandnutrition.com - Isaac herbal remedies Wednesday, July 21, 2004 2:22 PM Herbal Remedies - Feet I am diabetic and must be careful of any cuts on my feet.Diabetics have a problem with wounds on the feet healing quickly and if left untreated candevelop cellulitis as a result. I have had blistering on one toe for several months and it does not seem to heal no matter what kind of ointment I use. I have used anti-fungals andd even goldenseal ointment but the skin just dries, peels and a new blister opens. I also only wear 100% cotton white socks. Guest guest
Hi All, Does anyone know why some people get smelly feet? I am not talking about the people who don't wash. I mean if they shower in the morning by the late afternoon or evening their feet are giving off a sour smelling odour if they are wearing shoes or trainers (sneakers/sports shoes). I have a relative who has this issue. Does anyone know why they get this and what they can do to get rid of it? Thanks, Michael.
Guest guest
Hi Michael, It could be an acid/alkali inbalance causing an overgrowth of bacteria (hence the smell). Many things can help: -changing their shoes every day so each pair has a chance to air and dry out - not using soap on their feet as soap dries out the skin and tends to affect its pH. Natural oils in the skin are essential. I have often found that people go to industrial strength stuff in order to try to combat this kind of problem and in so doing they just make it worse as the body struggles ever harder to achieve balance. - check kidney, bladder and lung meridians and maybe LI too - wear cotton socks and leather shoes/trainers - if someone has aTW reaction to dairy then their sweat can STINK so it might be worth checking for this too. I am sure there is more..... - " dstbod " <dstbod Wednesday, April 27, 2005 12:04 PM Feet > > > Hi All, > > Does anyone know why some people get smelly feet? Guest guest
in the meantime - if you can get Grams Remedy - it's a powder which is marvellous for alleviating the smell while you work on other issues dstbod <dstbod wrote: Hi All,Does anyone know why some people get smelly feet? Guest guest
People with fungal/yeast problems also have odor, and not always just of the feet. There are lots of protocols for treatment readily available. It's in the immune/detox areas. www.coachdrgridley.com
