Guest guest
We did the cook's crosses exercise - (wrists crossed over each other and then pulled under and into the chest), and then stretched the crossed arms up overhead and did a long full body side stretch from side to side to add opening up the belt flow to the exercise....could cross the ankles or not....either sitting or standing, but to open up the waist... we were also trying to open the waist during the chakra balance by just pulling above and below the waist, and doing the belt flow on each other, it feels really good when you are lying down and the person reaches under you.... I also learned that hook up is good for an epileptic seizure....Vicki Matthews told this hysterical story about being on an airplane and hearing an announcement asking for a doctor, eventually offering to help, and a man was having a seizure,,,,and when he came to, her having to explain why she had her finger in his navel.... Anemia - can't be fixed if person is homolateral.... take care, Patricia

I love it when good people share new technologies. But, I'm in stage 2 here, totally confused... ....do you mean to unwind the arms after they've been in the modified Cook's position to stretch to the ceiling? If so, then it's very similar to what was done in Phoenix last year on the end of Connecting Between Heaven and Earth, which is to lower blood pressure a bit. > we were also trying to open the waist during the chakra balance by >just pulling above and below the waist, and doing the belt flow on >each other, it feels really good when you are lying down and the >person reaches under you.... I love this add-on. Notice group, that many times the drills can be conbined in certain ways that multiply the results you get with very little extra effort. > I also learned that hook up is good for an epileptic >seizure....Vicki Matthews told this hysterical story about being on >an airplane and hearing an announcement asking for a doctor, >eventually offering to help, and a man was having a seizure,,,,and >when he came to, her having to explain why she had her finger in >his navel.... LOL! I bet he didn't " buy " her explanation either. > Anemia - can't be fixed if person is homolateral.... Really. I do know that about " nothing " can be fixed if a person is homolateral, but Anemia? Did they give a " reasoning " behind this? If so, I'd love to hear about it. So, it's the 5 minute drill, then go into fixing homolateral, then do the nutritional aspects, the Spleen aspects??? What's the process? My decision making processes go from left brain to right brain. If I don't know 'why' something works, I just can't bring myself to do the drill. Ugh. Thank you very much Pat.
