Tracing Your Meridians is One of the Most Powerful things You Can do.

 

Here's what I might add to your consciousness.

 

Tracing Meridians is so Basic, but it is one of the Essentials to

Evolving Your Body.

 

-They release or redistribute energies of the body.

 

-Their flow is always changing and a clogged meridian acts like a

clogged artery, and doesn't carry energy to its organs and other system

that it feeds

 

-Each of the 12 of the meridians feed different organs, but also feed

other major systems as well.

 

-Central meridian nourishes the Brain

 

-Governing meridian nourishes your nervous system.

 

-Central and Governing are meridians but also they are Strange flows,

which in my opinion, are

similar to Meridians, but I like calling them " Angel "

meridians...because they stay in their tracks, like a train, but they

are also dynamic and can leave their path to help any other major energy

system of the body, including the grid, the aura, Triple Warmer, the

Meridians, the Chakras, the Vortexes, etc...

 

-Tracing them forward means you are increasing the flow of the energy,

like adding more water in the same direction into a river and thus, IF

your energies are balanced, are more responsive. As a results of having

responsive meridians, they will appear to be strengthened and when

traced backwards, will have less flow and will appear to be weakened.

Theres more going on here, than I know how to explain, but hopefully

this will put things into better perspective for you.

 

-Gets you out of jet leg, by re-aligning your bodies energy to the

different parts of the world, you are flying into. Kinda like, it

reconfigures your body's electrical adaptors to fit in better, and plug

back into the earths outlets, wherever you land.

 

-You Don't Want to Trace Meridians IF their meridians are flowing

backwards. Tracing meridians Forward Most of the time, strengthens them,

But not always. If your energies are so severaly so scrambled, then your

meridians start running backwards and You need to change the flow first

by massaging k-27 points (part of the 3 thumps) K-27's temporarily reset

your meridians to flow in their proper direction. This is why is is

Absolutely Vital to do, your daily energy routine daily, so that your

body can evolve and learn new habits that will create a new automatic

response to build upon your radience, instead of merely running your

spiritual gas tank on empty, Does that make sense?

 

-It really helps keep the flow going, powerfully, sort of like, turning

your river of healing from a drip drop puddle into a harmoniously

flowing strongly flow of the Mightiest of Rivers. This really helps

carry blockages and illness much quicker out of your body. Try imagining

moving a boat of illness when its parked only in a swampy puddle of your

healing energies vs. having it parked a well flowing river of energy?

 

-Daily Tracing will bring you more vitality, more aliveness.

 

-Your body can handle stress better.

 

And there are literally thousands of other benefits really are

unlimited, but theres no way you will ever find any of them, without

paying attention before and after, every time you do your energy drills.
