Guest guest
I've added Hakalau to the " south wall " exercise for setting up right brain reference points. Much good. --Vince --- docspeed2001 <docspeed2001 wrote: > Just a note... > > ...if you'd really like to develop your Hakalau, > when you go to level, and put up that mental > screen... > > ...step into it so that you are inside the picture > and now use your peripheral vision and > your " knowing " to see everything. Guest guest
Doc, Now that's a really cool idea, I'll add Hakalau to my inner drills and " see " what happens and, I'll be sure to add facing south as Vince suggests. I've done visualizations while in a visualization before or taken myself to level again while at level...I suppose in theory you could take those as deep as you want to couldn't you?..... Doc John has pointed out that taking yourself to level while at level is more of a segment intending, than it is another level. and I remember a covention where he was teaching the Huna people the Hakalau skills that he used the hypnotic induction, " I am now going to count from 1-3 three and on the count of 3 I will... " and then he filled in the blanks with his own segment intending. This must have been 6 or 7 years ago. I've also seen him, actually restart someone as if they are not at level, and do the entire conditioning, all 38 secret steps, just because he " knew " in his way of knowing, that they were not at the proper level of mind. Guest guest
When you do hakalau at level, do you pretend you are using your physical eyes? Or the third eye? Or the entire aura expands out around you? Or? Red, Blue, Green, Black, etc. Go THERE and do the Hakalau drill ... Pick a point on the wall ... Let your vision expand until you see both upper corners ... Bring it down until you see all four corners ... Then bring it back to your sides ... etc. & c. --Vince Rev. Guest guest
Hi Jim, When I visualize I usually have the physical eyes closed and I use my " subjective eyes " . My subjective sense of sight. Sometimes I see what is directly in front of me, like on a mental screen, sometimes I am surrounded by everything and I see " three- dimensionally " around me. I think it depends on the intent I have for the visualization. If I am programming it seems like I am using my subjective sight for visualization/imagination. If it is caseworking maybe more like the 3rd eye. I never really thought about this before but there do seem to be different types of inner sight that I use for different things. I tried the Hakalau at level today and it was like what I do when I am using the subjective sense of sight rather than what I think is called using the 3rd eye. Next time I try it I'll intend to use what I think is my third eye and see if there is a difference. However, you do bring up a good question. Am I using the third eye? Which brings up still another question, How does one know when they are using the third eye? Is it the same for everyone, is there an agreed to consensus on what seeing with the third eye is like? When I work distance health cases and " see/feel " things that correspond correctly to problem areas, would that be considered seeing with the third eye, or am I using something else to " see " ? I can also " see " subjectively with my eyes open, I use a daydream state. At this stage of the game it seems easier to focus, visualize and " see " with eyes closed for me. Maybe it's a development phase I need to work my way through. It's all fun any way you " look " at it though isn't it? Lori , " James R. Go to level using the SECRET 38 steps...You know how. 2. Do the segment intending, ie, " on the count of 3 I'll put Mr. XXX on my mental screen...1...2...3...now sense him, visualize him, see him, imagine him...record everything into a tape recorder. (I do really suggest that you are talking into a tape recorder and just let any and all thought bubble out;-) 3. Notice what you see...notice what you feel emotionally...notice if you feel a location in your own body about anything in his body...notice what you " just seem to know " about him...record all and everything into a tape recorder. 4. Scan him visually top to bottom, starting with his head his face his color his energy, left to right...Spin him clockwise on your visual screen and notice what you are noticing... 5. Be sure you are using your hands and you do the scanning, and then go inside the body and look at Mr. XXX from inside... 6. While scanning inside his body, try his body on for size...is it clumbsy and weak. Strong and tough? Very uncoordinated or something else? Record all brain farts and thoughts filtering though... 7. From inside his body (knowing you can easily and completely disconnect at any time YOU choose) notice how his energies feel...notice any pains or stiffness...move your body as if it's his body... 8. Step back outside his body (your visualization of his bodies energy field) and take his head and put it on your head...now using your sight look out though his eyes at what HE IS SEEING as if you are him...record all thoughts... 9. Now notice if many people are Mr. XXX's friend...notice how he feels about people...activate your own CareBearHeart and read his feelings towards others...is his CBH running backwards...is her lonely...how does he think his family feels about him? Record all your thoughts. 10. Now place your hands over your own 2nd Chakra, the chakra that is for " instant knowing " and ask yourself some questions about this person, just knowing that the answer that comes though is important. Is he married? Is he single? Is he well liked? blab, blab, record all your answers. And if anyone else wants to join in and play a bit, go ahead. Guest guest
Thanks Doc, I'm printing the instructions to memorize for my next Drill. Hmmm.... I wonder how it would be if I did Hakalau through the other person's eyes with their head on?.....
