Auditory is open to so much more interpretation than kinesthetic or visual, especially for me as I trust my touch much more than any other sense (and yes, I know I need to develop those even more so that I have the full range available). Emotions can get in the way of all the senses though, can't they? > thanks > Cris Well, only if you let them. So, don't go with the emotion, that's ALWAYS a value judgement, or a reframe, or an old habit, one way or another... ....go with the location of the emotion... ....the the propioceptives... ....where it enters the body... ....where it came from... ....it's size, shape, color...blab, blab, blab... I also am one of those people with synesthesia. I can "see" music. I also have no trouble listening to music in my head if I've heard it a few times--even complex classical pieces or jazz. I guess it's like seeing energy. I've always done it and just thought it was normal. I guess what I meant to say is that I'm not sure we are only visual or kinesthetic. I think we change and evolve and use all the modalities. And we develop different modalities. Right now we worship athletes, so kinesthetic is king. I'm babbling. Sorry.
