Hi Elizabeth, This always irritates the Hell out of me... ....the teacher's " giving of reasons WHY " someone can't do something... ....INSTEAD of giving the/a METHOD of " how " they could do something. To me it shows that the teacher is NOT qualified to teach... ....that the teacher is NOT aware of the different learning styles... ....that the teacher does not know the children's convincer strategies is therefore does NOT know how to motivate them. Learning disorders are normally where the teacher CANNOT adapt his teaching style to the student. An auditory teacher wonders " why " a " kinesthetic " learner can't hear her? A visual teacher worders " why " an auditory learner can't " see " what she's talking about. Kinesthetics don't normally become teachers of anything except auto- mechanics and football... In a few posts back, we were talking about " confusion " ... Well, if you are taught in a different modality than they one that is your primary one, then you WILL BE CONFUSED... ....so you need cross-over methods of teaching... ....you need methods that will teach auditories and kinesthetics to be more visual... blab, blab, blab... And there are many of those skills out there. And in Energy medicine, there are many of those skills, plus else where. The REASON behind Attention Deficit Disorder is " LOUSY TEACHERS!
