I've got the book, and didn't get past page 12...

 

(which is just probably a guy thing...)

 

....BUT it is a book that does have good stuff in it (I flipped the

I agree with you about Chris, and...

 

....I remember last night in bed, I just tossed and turned, and

started thinking about all the " caca " I think about...getting more

and more tired, just because I couldn't go to sleep...

 

....so I made a decision to " go to sleep " ...

 

....then I did a deep breath in....and exhaled it...

 

....I did a SECOND deep breath in...and exhaled it (the second DEEP

BREATH triggers the parasympathetic nervous system NATURALLY!)...

 

....I visualized the NUMBER 3, three times (a LEARNED psychological

trigger for physical relaxation), as I took ANOTHER DEEP BREATH and

exhaled it...

 

....I visualized the NUMBER 2, three times (a LEARNED psychological

trigger for mental relaxation), as I took ANOTHER DEEP BREATH and

exhaled it...

 

....I visualized the NUMBER 1, three times (a LEARNED psychological

trigger for both brain hemispheres relaxed at alpha with mental and

physical relaxation), as I took ANOTHER DEEP BREATH and exhaled it...

 

....I then did a relaxing body scan, starting with " Relaaaaax the

eyes...relax the scalp...relax the hair folicles...relax the head

inside and outside...feel a relaxing tingling sensation going

throughout the head, down the neck....

 

....all being done with DEEEEEP BREEEATHING and relaxed exhalations...

 

The ENTIRE PROCESS took about 30 seconds and I was fast asleep,

ie, " like putting three fingers together in a special way, as you

TAKE A DEEP BREATH, and as you exhale, relax and FOCUS EVEN MORE! "

 

Pretty darn easy to do, and it really helps normalize the Triple

Warmer without doing the normal energy drills for that skill.

I had to think about this one, in context with a post you just made,

And there's NO WAY this would feel at ALL like how I feel when I play

Yes, there is NO SENSE playing with others unless you have

fun at it.

 

Hopefully they are smart enough to have fun also.

 

 

ps. like the post I did to that lady that homeschooled her children

so they could become idigits just like she is...written totally in

fun. And all she did was get mad. Sorry about that.
