Many people just sit and whine and worry about all that can go wrong, so they never get off their asses! Now, if they do get off their asses, then some things actually work much better than other things. But, they have to GET OFF THEIR ASSES FIRST! That's the first MAGIC STEP in any skill... The first question I ask anyone is, " what do you want? " Then I ask, " what do you need to do to get it? " Then I ask, " So, what have you done so far? " Most people answer with, " I don't know " ... " I don't know " ... " I don't know " Shit! My wife's horse is sick. Something about green grass is not good for it, blab, blab, blab... ....so we needed to pen her up in a small parcel of land that has no green grass (the pasture is mostly green grass)... ....so we had to put in fence posts, and segment off a corner of the pasture...and put up a small shed for her so she'd be out of the rain... ....I am NOT a carpenter... ....but I do have old lumber around the house, a hammer and some nails... ....and I CAN MAKE PICTURES IN MY HEAD, so I and my boy went out and build that damn horse a shed... ....it took two hours. ....and it WORKS! IT does THE DAMN JOB! AND IT IS " DONE " ! And it was done when it needed to be done. There's some type of moral here. Gosh.

Whining, worry + no action gets nothing done + it creates a lot of dissatisfaction. Reminds me that I've done a whole lot of studying in my life and haven't had enough " pictures + action " . No wonder I've gotten so confused. I had my SM programmed for frustration! Thanks, Doc.

Reminds me of the following quote, attributed to Tony Robbins: " People are not lazy; they simply have impotent goals. " Could be true, could be not.
