Guest guest
93 One of the things I was hoping to find out when I posted this was the difference between experiencing the Rain of Blessings and what I experience which is a sensation in the Third Eye. What should I be looking for? What does this sensation say about where I am? 1. 3 Minutes jumping on the small trampoline for lymphatics and blood circulation - listening to music (Seal) An actual work-out for me - eventhough I stretched my calves a little before hand they did feel some strain. 2. 3 Thumps. K-27, Sternum, and Spleen 21. Get meridians running in the right direction. 3. Crosscrawl about 20 times. 4. Make sideway figure 8's over my eyes, end up with my right hand over ajna chakra, a little bit above the center of my figure 8. 5. Modified Wayne Cook posture/ the Tibetan prayer pose, but also cross my legs while standing, left over right like my thumbs. Breathe. Release hands and put them into a Cathedral position. While I am doing this I do Silva 3-2-1 drill (See Silva UltraMind Course) keeping my closed eyes lifted about 20 degrees. 6. Cranial Flush all the way down to the back of my neck. 7. Massage Neuro-lymphatics. Chest, near collar-bone, seam between chest and arms, under chest, near belly-button. 8. Trace Meridians starting and finishing with Central and Governing along with starting and finishing with the proper meridian for the time of day. Lock up near lips at end. 9. Minimize Triple Warmer Meridian with 3 fingers technique at neck and temple. 10. Backflush Spleen Meridian and Trace the right way 3 times. 11. Backflush Heart Flow. Smile, think of a pleasant feeling and then trace the Heart Flow 3 times, breathing in each time. And here's the thing: eventhough I do not experience a Rain of Blessings per say. OFTEN during steps 2 - 9, I do experience a pleasant sensation emanating from my Third Eye (ajna chakra), as if it is blossoming. OFTEN during steps 2 - 9, I experience a feeling of increased clarity, ESPECIALLY when I reduce the Triple Warmer with the 3 fingers technique. Any comments appreciated. Guest guest
Hi. The " Rain of Blessings " to me feels like a " cool mist " that I can " feel " on the head, neck, shoulders, and upper back. Also comes with a " sense of knowing " . I can experience sensation in the Third Eye with or without what I consider to be " The Rain of Blessings " . I don't have any answers on the crown question you posted, because I don't know enough about that. I know that some people use magnets in various positions on the head, and I would recommend NOT doing that. But I don't know the answer to your question. Energy test it to see if it is good for you or not. Otherwise, if it works, might as well do it, as long as it doesn't do any harm. I'm not sure which energy test would be best for that. Hell, if it works, and if it tests as " safe " or " good for you " , you could do the same thing in the headband of a hat and wear the thing when you go out to wherever. What kind of gold did you use, btw? Hell, if the thing works, you could make a fortune on ebay. I got a friend who makes damn " wrestling masks " that look more like spandex S & M masks than anything else, and he sells them for up to $40 bucks each. It's disgusting how easy it is to get money from people. Thanks for the reply on the other post, too! See you soon? Guest guest
Hello. I have a quick question concerning the method of sedating triple warmer that you mentioned. Ive heard this method described in previous mindmastery posts and it would be awesome if you could lend me a hand with some of the specifics. For starters, where exactly should the 3 finger notch be placed on the neck? The hole right around where a necktie knot would be at?? And are we supposed to lightly place it on top or sort of " dig into the hole " ...as I hear some sort of pressing is necessary with some neurovasculars. Also,do we just place the pads of the other hand at the temple? How long do we keep both of them on there? As Ive mentioned before, Im always fighting off triple warmer and looking for new ways to combat it. The James Dean doesnt work for me all the time, so Im relying on the spleen hug, listening to alpha several times a day(relaxation purposes), and tapping the gammut spot. So to summize, any and all info (details) you could share concerning this particular drill would be awesome. thanks. Frank
Guest guest
>As Ive mentioned before, Im always > fighting off triple warmer and looking for new ways to combat it. - Frank: I'm speaking in metaphor here but this is the conventional TCM Wisdom regarding triple warmer. The three warmers [ sections of the furnace] are; Lower dan tien [2 fingerwidths below the navel] which is the firebox. Middle water jacket, Solar plexus encompassing kidneys and adrenals, stomach and liver.. The Upper is the steam jacket, including heart and lungs. Ideally the chi should enter the dan tien, and create combustion which warms and evaporates the water jacket and then the resulting steam rising up through the lungs, heart and bloodstream is the uable enegy in motion. If the awareness is holding the flame in the upper chamber the result is a wet heat with upper end corrosion and congestion leading to sinus, lung, bronchial, heart and circulatory problems. If the flame is caught in the middle burner it fizzles and sputters and adrenals, kidney and stomach problems are the result, but even more than that, the kidney regulates the flow of chi and it will put out too much renin and cause High Blood pressure and reated problems like stroke. While sedating the tripple warmer, mentally " Sink the flame " by releasing all holding in all the burners and as the flame sinks to the dan tien, deliberately " RELAX THE WAIST and allow the chi to etner with the breathing. Keep you mind focused on sinking the flame and relaxing the thorax and waist until this becomes the beaten path and is your default condition. While you are using your YI, [mind intent] breathe right down to your heels. For refencence on this process read, treatise elveven from Cheng Tzu's Thirteen treatises on T'ai Chi Ch'uan by professor Chen Man Chi'ing. A very worthwhile book to have in your library. http://www.wuweitaichi.com/book_video.htm rusty - " frankramirez22 " <frankramirez22 Thursday, May 12, 2005 9:21 AM Re: Follow up on daily energy routine > Hello.
