....and that's why I gave the hypnosis into sleep drill about a week

ago.

 

Read that, then let me know if you need more.

This is a psychological " thing " , so I'd use reframing on it...

 

ie, " Okay, I'm angry...what resources do it need? What is positive

that I can learn from this? What parts of me are similar to that

that I need to work on? " blab, blab, blab...

 

....I'd also use " Expelling the Venom " ...

 

....I also beat people up daily;-)

 

Here I'm refering to a vigorous workout " sweat-shop " session, 30-60

minutes long, where you end up dripping in sweat.

 

Without those, I'd turn into a monster overnight.

It didn't work for me...

 

....but surprisingly, what does work for me is to get into the hot

spa and massage those gait reflexes, and to do the bottom of the

foot, concentrating on the Spleen meridian, and then the foot Source

points.
