Guest guest
Hi Emilio, I like Qigong. It did wonders for chronic pain I used to suffer from. Best way is to find someone who teaches (there are probably hundreds of different styles) and talk with them about the benefits of their style, AND get feedback from students of theirs. If their style appeals to you try it. Stick with it for awhile because it requires practice and committment to get good results. See how it goes. It was well worth it for me. Also would like to say that I was pleasantly surprised, after a period of time of practicing it, that Qigong provides many more benefits than pain relief. I've only been doing the 5-minute drill and other Energy Medicine techniques for a few months, but did almost immediately notice that the 5-minute drill enhanced what Qigong does for me. Again, best way is to try it and see for yourself what it does for you. Everyone is unique. My personal experience with EFT (a few months) is that it works well for pain relief AND quite a lot of other things. See www.emofree.com for those details. If it were me just starting out I'd start with EFT and the 5-minute drill (and also check elsewhere in the Energy Medicing book for other drills that personally appeal to you). These are the easiest and most fool-proof to do, plus pretty cheap, and you can learn them on your own. Best wishes, Lori , " Emilio Karam L. Guest guest
Hi Lori, I didn't think about EFT for this, but I will surely do it. Regarding more specific drills... I don't know what to do. I know this issue is connected to the kidney meridian, but that's it. Any ideas? Thanks! Guest guest
Hi Emilio, Sorry so long in replying. I just got back yesterday evening from Donna's EM seminar in Portland, OR. Since I'm relatively new to EM, I am not certain what specific Energy Medicine drills would be best. Can one of the more advanced EM people help Emilio with a specific exercise for varicocele? Sometimes all I do is scan through the whole book, intending to find what I am looking for. I'll always come across an exercise that for some reason appeals to me at the time and I try it. That seems to work well for me. My approach is part science, part intuition...I guess I like a balance sometimes. I also like to just try different things out. Hope that helps, Lori , " Emilio Karam L. " <ekaram@c...> wrote: > Hi Lori, > > I didn't think about EFT for this, but I will surely do it. > > Regarding more specific drills...
