Some things you can to about the flu

Hello;

I thought I'd just jump in about this flu season and what you could

do.

First thing is if you can, stop eating sugars. One of the ongoing

ideas that I follow is that the flu is actually a fungus, not a

bacteria (Doug Kaufmann has some interesting books on this). And a

fungus loves to feed on sugar. Even if you don't believe this

point, sugar is still bad for you(unless you charge it up with

proper segement intending, but that's a different discussion.)

Second, take in the raw garlic. It won't make you popular with

anyone near you, but it is an anti-fungus and anti-bacteria.

Personally, I take three cloves a day for provention, up to twenty

if I feel ill. You might want to take in a fluid before you take in

the garlic. It can be harsh on the stomach.

Third, take in some Echinacea. You have to watch out for this one.

The majority of echinacea for America is grown on fecal barges off

the coast of Japan. Ninety percent of the echinacea that is grown

in America ships out to Germany, where the doctors actually

prescribe it. So watch your source. The source I use can be found

at herbdoc.com.

Fourth, stop watching t.v. The negativity from it can really mess

with your mind.

The last thing is to avoid public places like the mall and such.

No, don't become a hermit, just be aware of areas that you go into.

Also, do your energy drills. I can't say enough about the three

thumps.

Hope this helps.

Somewhere in the great white north,

Scott
