I bought it for $25 from Amazon in hardcover....right before coming to Doc's October seminar and also need to do those neurovascular holds for concenration.

Hi Mary,

You should have let me know.

I have several copies around the office and at home.

 

It's one of the books I ALWAYS pick up where ever I see them when

shopping the charity shops, yard sales, etc.

In fact it's one of those books that I gave Vince when he was facing

some difficult decisions 3-4 years ago.

 

If you are having trouble focusing and concentrating, then it's time

to find some space, take a couple of deep breaths, and hold those

forehead neurovasculars.

 

Doing that will NOT get rid of the problems BUT it will bring blood

to your brain and relax the Triple Warmer Meridian so that you can

THINK CLEARLY, and then plan your actions.

I wanted it quick so checked the book out at our public library and

read it during my stay in Oregon for Doc's seminar. Very good. Struck

a deep chord with me.
