He's real good at doing the hidden part of Huna, the part most people in Huna are not using any longer, but used to be used consistently by the Kahuna, according to Max Freedom Long in his book " The Secret Science Behind Miracles " . Here's some of my extrapolations which you may find useful, or not. Buckwheat's original premise is about his values and beliefs on what is moral and not moral, so Doc gives the metaphor about " talking to him is like expecting your canary to understand how to fry eggs... " And I wrong or am I right in my interpretations of Dr. La Tourrette's hidden meanings? A canary is a bird. A bird lays eggs, and it's offspring come from those eggs. So, to get a bird to fry his own children and eat them for breakfast would be impossible to do. The hidden inference is, " the buckwheat is so intrenched in his own beliefs and values about morality, that for him to change those beliefs would be like killing and eating his own children " . And the term buckwheat, came from the movies during the WWII years when one of the characters on the cinemas was a young innocent boy called buckwheat. A young sprout. Depicting a form of innocence. Buckwheat is not a demeanoring term, but a term for someone young, untrained, and full of innocence. Sam Fagone The Secret Huna Concepts Behind the Doc's posts. Guest guest
Well, shit, the reason *I* thought it was a good metaphor is because those people really DO fry their own children and eat them for breakfast and are too damn dumb to know that's what they're doing... I have no doubt that there's loads of gold nuggets in Doc's post, but I doubt you've " uncovered " any " secret concept " here.
