Guest guest
(Hi Group, if ANYONE has any problems with the DVD's let me know privately. The do play great in all the newer US machines...but sometimes we need to use a different format for those overseas that are not yet using the US format. Please let me know. Sincerely, Dr. John M. La Tourrette;-) " Shirley " <Shirleyjones Hi Shirley, Sorry those DVD's did not fit your format. We did need them back because then we could check them ourselves, so we could find the REAL PROBLEM, so we could fix that problem. You don't want to do that. That's okay. It is strange though, especially since the DVD #2 was done differently than the other 3, and it's format does fit almost ALL European standards. So DVD #2 should have been just fine, even in Italy. Oh well. We did have 3 other people with that same problem (my sincere apologies guys;-), so I had it looked into. Anyway, Jack Williams has REDONE the remaining DVD's so that they also fit almost all European formats. So, the problem is NOW FIXED! Goody! You stated that ALL 4 DVD's were bad. So, you can throw those DVD's away. PRESTO! GONE FOREVER! And we are REFUNDING all monies except the money for the book and the P & H for that book. And I know you'll bitch and whine about that, also. Which is also just fine by me. Therefore... you can cease doing business with me, and I can cease doing business with you. Fair? I can take you off my lists, and you can go somewhere else and be happier. In fact, I've already done it. GOODBY! Now I must mention something that irritates me. It's come to my attention that YOU are badmouthing me, and badmouthing my products. And that is totally fine by me, BUT I do NOT do business with those that badmouth me. In fact you called me a liar on BOTH your emails. I do NOT lie. Sometimes the office does make mistakes. In fact that does happer rather often since I do employee humans. I told you to play them back on a DVD-R. You chose not to do that. I asked you to send them back. You chose not to do that. So, I choose to say " goodby " . Thank you. Sincerely, DR. John M.
