Well,

 

A sniper can't snipe if there's nowhere to hide.

 

Because the sniper's limited power is derived from

COVERT activities, once you have exposed her position,

that position becomes USELESS.

 

So you bring them " out of hiding. "

 

Backtrack until you find the sniper's " hiding place. "

 

Then turn on the " searchlight " by asking questions to

draw the sniper out to expose the behavior.

 

You can question Intent, Relevancy, or Validity.

 

Then the sniper has three options.
