She exercises 3-4 times a week a curves, so she can look good, move good, and have pride in herself.Me, I'm over the hill. In my early 60's. About 35 pounds overweight. I've been that way since an injury 9 years ago, and I've just NOT yet taken the time, effort to use the NEAT SKILLS I OWN to apply them to the weight issue.You see Aaron, I just didn't think that it mattered. At least it didn't matter to me. I'm pretty sure it matters to my wife, to my students and to my clients.
