Guest guest
Deonia: You have exactly what I have on my hands. I suffered for 20+ years until my new doctor immediately put all the symptoms together. Do you have any joint problems? If so you could be suffering from a form of Rheumotoid Arthritis. I've had back and hip problems. And other things that I could list for days. Please write me if this sounds like you. I can give you lots of information on it. Guest guest
Maybe I should make it a little more clear after reading the rest of the post. I have had joint problems along with irritable bowel, heel pain and the sores on my hands. The are little water blisters that itch and then break open. I had so many doctors tell it was everything from dermatitis, eczema to gonorrhea of the hands. (can I tell you how fast I walked out of his office ). My eyes would hurt and feel so dry. All of this would come and go until I got stressed out or my joints starting hurting. When the doctor finally put it together was when I went to him feeling like I was coming down with the flu. Only I felt like that for a week. The flu never did really happen but I was so tired and washed out. The exhaustion was awful. After seeing him for one visit with my hands, then one with my joints and then the last episode he ran some test and told me I had reactive arthritis. It has gotten progressively worse over the past few years but I keep it under control with Indocin, a prescription anti-inflammatory. Now when I am on the Indocin, my hands stay clear until I get really stressed out. But one thing that has really helped the sores on my hands in my foot cream (LOL). It has shea butter, emu oil, rosehip seed oil and tea tree in it. I really believe the tea tree has been the best thing because it keeps the sores from getting red and hurting. It's really worth investigating if any of this sounds familiar. Bettie I'm in my own little world, but it's okay, they know me here.

I have seen Donna bring a yoga practitioner up and have her go through a pose Warrior 1, I think) and it corrected a problem with the energy. It can be a powerful tool to use with EM. Also, as I have aged and gotten more complaints from tendons and joints that have been working hard for decades, yoga taught me ways to get up off the floor gracefully! That's in addition to balance and flexibility. Sue www.coachdrgridley.com
