Guest guest
Just a shortie Anything that helps keep a good posture can help. No back, front, or side stretching (that can further weaken discs), just good upright, spirited posture (it gives good energy flow, good bloodflow, good breathing, good mechanics, and a better life overall). The backposts are full of extras, and plenty of things that help poise, magical equipoise and that feeling of upward movement. Sorted me out in weeks!
