Guest guest
Hi: I just wanted to report on one of my successes, since going to Doc's October Seminar in Oregon. Now some of you may know that I HAD a severe flying phobia (haven't flown in over 20 years before the seminar). I was so compelled to go to Doc's seminar that I decided to use EFT (this was before knowing how to do the Inner Demon Destroyer). I got to the seminar just fine, and arrived back in New York, afterwards just fine as well, despite severe turbulence. Something about conquering that block compelled me to be a bit more courageous. I joined a local Curves on the same day that I registered for Doc's Seminar (my birthday)....and tonight, I just came back from giving a 20 minute talk on how to help the participants to stay on the Curves Diet Plan that began tonight. I will do two more before the 6 week program is done...For those who don't know this, Fear of Public Speaking is probably the number one fear that people have. Even Fear of dying is not as high. Well, I certainly WAS afraid to face those 30 women, that is until I did some Energy Drills. When I was introduced by the Curves Leader, it almost felt as though something else took over, and I was on automatic pilot. I was funny, and informative and the oddest thing of all, I actually enjoyed it A LOT. Now this is coming from a person who is generally shy and quiet, as I am sure Doc noticed. Well, that's about all..... I am still on a high from this, and am sooo amazed how much my comfort zone has shifted. Thanks Doc.
