The tongue, jaw drop work perfectly for that.

But that DOES NOT mean to keep it that way, which Lori already know.

The ONLY reason I'm mentioned it, is because many THINK they know, but

are really just confusing one tiny aspect of " relaxation " with Chi

Flow.

When the Triple Warmer is engaged, ALL THE MERIDIANS (with the

exception of the heart meridian) are disengaged!

So, the RADIANT CIRCUITS are turned off!

The Central and Governing Vessels (meridians) are TURNED OFF.

Even keeping the tongue on the roof of the mouth, AT THAT TIME, will

NOT complete that circuit.

That circuit DOES NOT EXIST when the Triple Warmer is in over arousal!

So, RELAX FIRST.

The TW then " normalizes " , and the other 12 meridians kick back in.

Now be sure to " hook up " the C & G meridians with the M finger in

belly button, and the other M finger on the 3rd eye chakra.

Then breath in through the nose with tongue on the palete.

....and breath out through the open mouth, with the tongue drop.

Do that cycle for a couple of minutes, and YOU WILL BE CONNECTED with

something much better than the normal microcosmic orbit.

Good going Lori;-)
