AND it is a KNOCK-OFF in name only, NOT in any validity. The REAL Iron Shirt training consists of training where your body becomes so strong most external attacks will not harm you. This is the training that my friend Mike Echanis used to demonstrate having cars driven over him while he was laying on the ground on his back. Ashida Kim is NOT a real person, but a " fake name " used to sell books by. The man is actually a taekwon do practitioner (low level), and goes out and reads other people's materials, and then writes " as if " he were an authority on that topic. He is a writer and NOT a " doer " . His book " Ninja Mind " is actually just a poor rendition of a basic, and beginner's Silva Mind Control drill. I've all his books and I laugh at his " wisdom " ... ....and I'm amazed that he's gotten away with such blatant publications for so many years. And he does impress the ignorant and the gullible. I suggest you study the Ha Rite as taught by Max and Glover, or the advanced versions taught by me or Vince. The REAL Iron Shirt Kung-fu is NOT Ha Breathing, not even close. Just for your own wisdom, there is a MORE ADVANCED Iron Shirt Kung- fu, called The Golden Bell Cover. Those arts ARE NOT for beginners. So, toss A. Kim's materials and study the Ha Rite instead.
