Steve Wells, a psychologist out of Australia, needed to tap for 3-4 months before his allergies to dust, ie, hayfever, disappeared completely. Persistence really does count for something. Yeah, when I tapped out my " allergies " it took for-f***ing-ever. Using the body pendulum technique to measure where the " allergies " were on a scale from 1 to 10, after each round of tapping (including the 9 Gamute) they went down in sensitivity only about half a point at a time. Sheesh! Must have taken a whole half an hour. This for a problem that had been with me for years! And was getting worse! Don't tell anybody about this though. All the experts KNOW that allergies can't be cured. SHHHH! Unless, of course, they learn how to ask the Magic Question. Do you? Do I? All the best, -Mark Holt- P.S. There were some basic key things I did while tapping. Like really, REALLY focusing on the nasty stuffy feeling... ....And really, REALLY feeling the acceptance and the appreciation. ....And EFT worked! Hi Mark, This morning I went to a couple of charity shops to look at their used books. While there I noticed 3 slovenly women, ages 40-50, fat, not bathed, and wearing well used clothes that didn't fit, looking at some furniture. The fatest one, the woman with dyed black hair, on a pear shaped body said to the other two, " well, damn it, THEY owe me, SO THEY SHOULD GIVE IT TO ME FOR FREE! " I busted up laughing, and I got dirty looks from all three. My hair was combed, my boots were polished, my black levis were clean and pressed, and my sport jacket looked good. So then I pretended to " want to buy " the furniture they wanted for free. The got REAL PISSED them.
