At the risk of sounding "stupid," Doc...What do you mean by "they work"? I have gotten them a while back, even had the personalized affirmations recorded by them.. and saw, felt, heard, no benefit that I could tell. I used them for months....and honestly can't say that I got anything from them. I have used TM for years, and still derive benefits from it. Things such as lowered blood pressure, a calm, confident feeling, my Russian accent is quite unnoticeable when I practice regularly....things like that.

 

With Holosync virtually nothing that I could detect.

 

I thought that perhaps since I do meditate regularly, that the Holosync effect was negligible for someone like me...

 

I am practicing with some CD's that are HemiSync....So far, beyond a headache and being annoyed, I see no noticeable changes.

Doc are you familiar with the insight or focus programs?

www.mercola.com mentioned that he switched from holosync to these two.

For the guy who was interested maybe you might go to mercola and find the

article about the insight program.
