At a Speed Life seminar in the Bahamas I healed a man's collar-bone in about 40 seconds using my specialized variation of that method. > I thought there was another method that is to breahe > in and out fully to energize the thought. Yes, there is. But it is not one of the ones that Jose taught. > Two different methods that work? Do not confuse a shrimp cocktail with oatmeal. Do you want your bowels to move good, or do you want food that tastes great and is nutritional? What are the intentions of the two different healing methods? In the first one, the survival method kicks automatically into high gear, so the survival mana from the subconscious mind is very high. Then all you need to do is direct it to where you want it. In Max's version you take a reading of your mana. You find your normal mana level. You charge your mana with breathing using the 5 methods he'd borrowed from others. You then send that mana with a certain intention from a special level of mind to the one that you are helping. You make sure you do not deplete your mana level below your normal level. They both work. In fact they both can be combined to work real well. For more healing secrets, go to... mentaltrainingsecrets.com
