But why not start with the thought, the attitude that causes the GB

to be over or under energized?

 

When the thought is fixed properly, and the causation attitude is

reframed into something more productive, then the meridians normally

self-correct.

The same thing here.

 

Using the Starfish will bring forth what types of emotions cause

internal problems, and then the specific different neurovascular

holds to fix those thoughts so they are diminished because of the

extra blood flow in the different parts of the brain.

 

Then add to that, with a belief change drill (one of the ones Donna

uses is the cranial tap) what you would rather have instead.

 

Or use the 'erasure' technique to get rid of the energy perturbance,

and then use a " acquistion' technique to install a more productive

emotion, an emotion like confidence, an emotion like 'I'm calm and

focused'?

Now this does make sense. Sense in the context of normalizing the

Triple Warmer so it does not borrow energy from the other meridians.

 

Again, I'm curious to why not go directly to the attitude that

causes the grinding?

 

Donna does have much over this also, with her habit field

technologies.

cover some real neat energy and tapping sequences that work

together.

Okay. Over react when?

 

Normally this is a sleep time problem.

 

Where psychological items come up during sleep, during dream time,

and the unconscious mind then attempts to process through and solve

it.

 

And, if you awaken because of the grinding, the grinding can then

easily be controlled with a neurovascular hold...

 

....or with a bed-time relaxation drill...

 

....or with a sleep preconditioning, ie, " I am totally relaxed. My

teeth grind when I sleep. I don't want my teeth to grind. I want my

face, jaw and emotions to be relaxed as I sleep " ...

 

....then do a sleep control hypnosis drill, or a self-suggestion

drill.

 

It's a habit field problem and can be easily corrected with a Donna

Eden habit field technology.

 

Works real well.

Well, maybe. What I would do is the above in the context of the

grinding.

 

Grinding is a habit caused by certain emotions. So have them

remember a feeling of the grinding.

 

Then have them notice which emotions come with that tactile

feeling...

 

....then have them hold the emotion in their mind as they first clear

it with a neurovascular hold, and then normalize TW, and strengthen

spleen.

 

Just a thought.
