Sore spots are what > mine were, though. Sore spots? Le me give you rhe The REAL Secret of the " sore spot " & when to USE it! I'm hallucinating that you are referring to the Central Meridian Neuro-lymphatic Reflex points. These are the points that are deeply massaged to STOP COLD any psychological reversal, so that the tapping sequences are be applied in the Energy Psychology Sciences will be more effective. According to EM and EP, when the NLR's are clogged, BOTH toxins and your bodies energies become blocked. So, when doing my Inner Demon Destroyer (or other EP's) the effectiveness of the Setup Affirmation is increased substantially by finding and rubbing points on your NLR's as you state your Affirmations, i.e., " Even though I don't know my NLR points I totally accept and appreciate myself! " Why massage the CMNLR points, instead of other NLR points, since there are many others on the chest and on the body and limbs? Good question. Because those points on the CMNLR points are for the Central Meridian and are strongly involved with emotional issues and they are particularly useful when working with psychological reversals. The Central Meridian is the HYPNOSIS meridian. Rubbing deeply those CMNLR points helps with various energy imbalances and tends to dissolve the internal resistance that is the hallmark of the psychological reversal. These CMNLR points are on the upper sides of the chest, where the arms are attached to the body. Rubbing these points release the energies that are associated with stale habits, thoughts, and emotional reactions and makes room for fresh ones. There is SO MUCH MORE, but the above simplistic definition is enough for now. Find more about this on... Mentaltrainingsecrets.com

Also I've read somewhere ST14 being part of the sore spot, but to me it seems like that meridian point is about an inch to the center. Is that correct? Using the CMNLR might be more effective then the other NLR points, is that what you're saying? " ... Rubbing the CMNLR points, ... tends to dissolve the internal resistance... " How exactly?
