Actually they are not tibetan, but are hindu. The guy who wrote the book is only in his 40's, and when he wrote it he was about 30. His story is a fake, the energy drills are valid. That neat story sells the book. Is your question about, " are they valid? " Do them if you want. There are much better drills, that are much more valid. But let's first, know what purpose do you have for doing them? Is it longivity? Is it sexual enhancement? Is it what specifically? Then we can better know which direction to turn you towards. As a man, i don't feel that drive that i see in others and it sucks. I guess i just want a ton of sexual energy, the kind that animal have I want the kind of drive that lion's have. I wanna be like a volcano, but i wanna be able to control it too. I don't wanna walk all "pumped' every second of everyday. So, yes, i guess i just want a superhman sex drive. Oh did i mention i wanted a incredible sex drive? Puck Ex.So if i wanted to energy test an author with surrogate testing, is it possible and would i need a picture or could i just use one of their books as a "witness"? I have "energy medicine" and the book is incredible, to say the least. Photos – Showcase holiday pictures in hardcover Photo Books. You design it and we’ll bind it! Guest guest
Hi Sandy, What does more valid mean to you? If a drill works, I can accept that it is valid. What makes one drill more valid than another? The spinning drill is a cool way for me to start my day. I enjoy it. If there are other ways to get the same results...are they quicker? will they require less energy? less work? more work? more energy?. Do they have a better back story? More rational reasons as to how and why they work? I personally never read the book on the five tibetan rites, so I don't know the history of it. I got my info from a book written by a Chi Master and a Dr. - " Your Hands Can Heal You " . It is a very simple book that has the rites as just one of the parts, along with a lot of case studies. It is a much simpler and more accessable approach for me, than Donna Edens or Mantak Chia's books on energy. Certainly if one is wanting to learn how to do energy work they should get as much information on the subject as possible. But if I am only looking to lean a few techniques to make my life better and simpler, how much knowledge do I need?
