Guest guest
Could someone please give me some advice/tips/solutions for healing a hamstring strain. I was told that I should figure out which meridian it is running along and then reduce the energy flow to that area. But I do not know how to do that or of any other remidies that may help to bring my right hamstring back to normal. Also, with all of the energy techniques that one could apply to prevent and/or heal muscle strains/injuries, in an optimal sense, what role, if any, would conventional stretching and/or massaging play? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Matt

Well Matt, The last one of my clients that had a hamstring pull, I just had him tapp it out. It was gone, FOR GOOD, in about 2 minutes. And this was with a 55 year old martial arts athlete that thought it would take months to heal. Cleanse the energy fields and wonders happen. Set up, " Even though my hamstring hurts like Hell, I deeply appreciate and respect myself " . Do 3 times. Run the sandwich, including the entire tapping sequence, the gamute and rerun the tapping sequence. It will work. ps. I also have other ways of healing the hamstring, but this should be plenty. Guest guest
Hello Matt Do something to avoid similar problems with the whole body! I had a severe hamstring problem quite a few years ago, and energy medicine has been the best solution. My right ham was half broken due to someone trying to park their car on me from behind while I was walking down a pedestrian area. Ouch! (the compensation was nice, but its not a cure for a car up the arse:) The physio was fine. But one qigong exercise worked wonders for me and I use it almost religiously nowadays for warmups, relaxation and as a beginning to many activities. Actually its a strongly shamanic move (in origin), so getting with the " spirit " or intention of the move makes it more powerful. My Sifu described to me as; gather the earth, gather the stars. Its a simple stretch to the ground, and to the sky. Legs bent, open your arms to your sides and inhale, bend over with a straight back and bend the legs some more while exhaling and scoop the earth energy with your arms. When standing up, inhale, and place the energy anywhere in the centerline of your body. Then inhale as you open arms again, lift them up and gather energy from the stars. Breathing out, place it in your center. All done slow, legs always bent, and with full intention and relaxed focus! With legs bent, and being aware of the earth energy moving through the feet and legs, your whole lower body will get a soft workout, and a strong energizing (in muscle and meridian). Your back, shoulders and guts will benefit much also. Its also a great spiritual connector with the universe. So its a fab apperatif for any workout, whether soft or hard. My doctor couldn't find ANY muscle scaring after only two months, and nowadays in the gym, I can hamcurl like a pro:) There's much magic in energy therapy!
