Doing the Damn Drills!

Ok, so as a newbie to this group and energy awareness in general, I

keep seeing that phrase " do the damn drills " . So for me and other

newbies who may have a similar question, what specifically are " the

damn drills " that we should be doing? Thanks!

Hi,

 

It's simple. Read the introduction letter that you got when you

joined. What to do is laid out in there.

 

Once you get the basics down add specific drills/exercises depending

on what your interests are.

Hi Jim,

 

Get Donna Eden's book called Energy Medicine. Tons of " damn drills " .

Mine is nearly worn out from referencing it daily.

Thanks Troy,

 

which drills in that book have you folks found the most beneficial?

ie. which ones work best for general energy awareness/fitness,

without focus on any particular problem?

I'm getting the book...think I can fit another 5 minutes in there

somewhere! (along with the Holosync and Chi Gung and kettlebells,

etc..:<) How's the prep going for The Journey to the Edge?
