Hey Doc,

 

Ever since helping the Katrina folks out...I did a Aka Cutting

Drill...and felt better. That was back at your last training a couple

of months ago.

 

I don't know why, but I have been dis-connected to everyone. and more

importantly, when Doing stuff for others, like sending DVD packages to

clients and friends both, nothing gets done. Its like I closed my

office and don't feel like talking to anyone.

 

Any suggestions or insights to help me get back into the flow or isolate

a particular pattern for me to play with?

Hi Richard,

 

I just had some thoughts based on the Strange Flows class we attended

in the fall in Ashland. How about energy checking the front and back

bridge circuits, then if weak strengthen them. Great for getting

connected with yourself and with others.

 

Then go do the CBH and figure 8's between you and the person/people

you want to connect with. Better yet, do it at level or hakalau

either remotely or in person and see what happens.

 

Check the front and back regulators and strengthen if weak. The

regulator keeps things in balance (regulates) so that you're not

overwhelmed by all the people who'll then want to " connect " with you

after you do those CBH's and figure 8's...LOL!

 

I just had a funny memory...another story for another time though...
