Can you give a little >more info on these 4 areas? There are many more than 4 ways of doing the Microcosmic Orbit. Probably hundreds if not thousands of secret family methods that never reach our eyes. The one most popular is the one taken from the ancient texts and translated by Dr. Yang. The method used for philosophical Chi Kung, is NOT the same used for Warrior Chi Kung. Medical Chi Kung is also very different from both. Dr. Yang also neglects to mention what is really circulating UP & DOWN the front of the body. It is NOT the Central Meridian. In the chinese systems it is something called " happy Chi " and is one of the 10 different RADIANT CIRCUITS, sometimes called Psychic Circuits, or THE FRIENDLY CIRCUITS. These RADIANT CIRCUITS are similar to hyper-links of positive feelings and can go virtually anywhere at the speed of thought, when you know what you are doing. In fact I've an entire DVD set on this from one of my seminars. It's great for seduction, for sales, and for any communication process. And, it does NOT take long to learn it. It seems like many, if not most of the Chinese are teaching from old books and not from the experience of people that can actually " see " and " feel " those energies. That, removed from the present, learning base makes for stale learning. mindmastery-essentialskills mentaltrainingsecrets.com >Thanks, >Enjoy, >Michael. mdonk1 <mdonk1
