How to lose 25 pounds in a year without thinking about it.

I joined this list to learn about mental control. I used to have

runaway thoughts and disturbing recurring thoughts.

Based on the information garnered from this list I got DE's Energy

Healing book toot sweet and the first drill I did was to hold the

NVs. 2 minutes later the uncontrolled thoughts lost their emotional

content and went away.

I thought " Well, what-da-ya know this shit works! " Someone actually

wrote a book I liken to an Energy Body Owners Manual. Every Energy

Body should come with one. If your Energy Body didn't come with an

Owners Manual don't worry just go and get DE's Energy Healing book.

I started doing the 5-minute energy drill that day and every morning

since. My 5-minute energy drill actually takes 20 minutes, but it

used to take 40 minutes. Someday I may actually get it down to 5

minutes.

I also started the RV/RI course and went to level for at least 15 min

every morning. This I liken to a Mind Owners Manual. Every Mind

should come with one. If your Mind didn't come with an Owners Manual

don't worry just email Doc for his RV/RI course.

As I did the drills day after day I began to become more aware of my

body sensations. Then one day I was eating at a restaurant and

noticed a sensation in my middle area. I noticed my stomach was

full. Then I heard my mothers voice " Eat all your food don't you

know there's kids starving in Africa! "

But then I had a thought bubble up to my consciousness, why don't you

get the rest " to go " and have it for lunch tomorrow. You will eat

all your food and you'll get two meals for the price of one.

I do like to save money so that is what I did that day and every

restaurant meal since. When I would go to a fast food place I would

just get the kids meal. It was the cheapest meal on the menu and

filled my stomach up just right. Or sometimes if I was feeling like

being healthy I would get the new salad meals they offer.

I currently work in a downtown area and there is no free unlimited

time parking. There is free 2 hour parking, or it would cost $70 a

month to park in the adjacent car park. In an effort to save money I

chose to park in these free 2 hour parking spots and get up and move

every 2 hours. But one time I forgot and got a ticket.

This pissed me off so I gave in and went to pay for the $70 spot.

But near the end of the transaction I had a very clear sensation in

my middle area that seemed to be saying NO. So I cancelled that and

then I had a thought bubble up to my consciousness, why don't you

drive further out and see if there is a free place to park without a

time limit.

I drove out and sure enough several blocks away was free unlimited

time parking and it only took 15 minutes to walk to work. This way I

got a little work out and saved $70. In my mind I'm getting paid $70

a month to walk 30 min a day.

I used to have ear infections quite often and noticed that I got

dizzy if I road in an elevator with an ear infection. So I started

to take the stairs when ever I had an ear infection. (Last October

Doc showed me an ear pull drill that I think will really help with my

ear infections.)

Then I thought " Well, I hate having to wait for the elevator and then

crowding in with a bunch of strangers and then it stops on almost

every floor. " So I quite elevators entirely, and always take the

stairs if I can.

I currently work on the 4th floor of a building and always take the

stairs.

When I go to the mall I would get frustrated trying to find a close

parking lot. And then someone would steal it. Or I would pull in

only to come out and find someone had parked so close not even Gumby

could get in. Or the car beside would be gone and there would be a

nice dent where their door had dinged my car. Or you would see a

primo spot and get there only to find it's for disabled people.

Then I had a thought bubble up to my consciousness, why don't you

park at the opposite end where there is no cars and just walk. No

frustrating parking spot searches. No door dings. No primo spot

mirages. Nothing, just a nice extra 30 second walk.

So the other day I was at a Christmas party and having a good time.

I went to the bathroom to relieve myself and noticed a weigh scale.

I thought " I wonder what I weigh? " We don't have a weigh scale at

home and the last time I had weighed myself, about a year ago, I was

200 pounds.

I step on it and it says 175. I had to double check, yep 175

pounds. That can't be right. Then the following week I'm at another

place with a scale. I step on it and it says 175 pounds. I ask and

the owner verifies that the scale is accurate.

I thought " Well, how did I lose 25 pounds? " and all the things I just

posted came to mind.

I was only trying to feel better mentally, save a few bucks and avoid

frustration, and I wound up dropping 25 pounds almost by accident.

Take care and have fun,

Darren J. McLeod

P.S. I would really like to thank Donna Eden and Doc for supplying

those AWESOME missing owner manuals.

Okay.

So, what's the real purpose of holding those NV's?

Yep.

The different stages of competence is shown in how long they take to

do. Donna can trace all her meridians in 1 minute. It takes me

longer to read it than that.

Good.

My question is, for what purpose?

Especially since I will be DISCONTINUING IT SHORTLY and replacing it

with something FAR MORE ADVANCED! Give me another month.

Good for you.

Noticing unconscious anchors below your normal threshold does tend

help to fix those problems connected to them.

Yep.

My wife does that. To me it's more bother than it's worth. Of

course, she'll stop off and get a $12 meal, and I'll stop off and

get a $1 cup of chili and a free cup of coffee. Plently for me with

my meta-programs on eating.

Yep.

I do that also. Plenty of food. It just doesn't fit the big meal

concept that drives those prices up so you'll spend more and more.

Restaurants hate it.

And my wife hates it when I do it because she thinks it's impolite.

Yep.

Camping is the same way. Now the government wants you to pay $20

bucks a day to camp at a lake, but if you look you can find a spot

that is as good or better and pay nothing.

It is NOT the $20 bucks. I just get pissed they are charging big

bucks for something, that for the first 45 years of my life was just

part of life.

> Doc showed me an ear pull drill that I think will really help with

Yep.

It doesn't work when you don't do it. Strange how that works.

Great for the knees, great for the lungs. Keep it up.

Yep.

My wife buys a brand new car every 3 years. And we always get dinged

doors.

And she always looks for the parking spot the closest to the shop

she's going in.

I always look for the safest parking spot, a spot where the car

won't be abused.

Funny the arguments two intelligent people can get into over such a

simple decision.

Thank you Darren for a GREAT HOW-TO post.

Just to clarify, I am referring to the " Reprogramming the Emergency

Response Loop " drill on pages 90-91 where you hold the OMG points

and the temples.

From my understanding the real purpose is to bring the blood back to

the forebrain so you can think more clearly.

For what purpose did I start the RV/RI course? To find my purpose

in life.

For what purpose do I go to level for at least 15 min every

morning? I work on personal projects and do remote healing of

friends and lately have been analyzing dream meanings.
