Good point, Linda.

 

It's funny how those of us that do know, sometimes forget to do what

we already know.

 

And that's normal also.

 

My wife hurt her foot at Curves. Too much running and bouncing.

 

Took her 3 weeks of PAIN before she started doing what I told her to

do.

 

Her losing another 4 pounds was MORE IMPORTANT than letting the damn

foot heal!

 

And it would NOT heal if she kept on beating it to death at curves,

bouncing and running.

 

Now she's off of it.

 

Now the DMSO is working.

 

Now the Castor oil packs while she sleeps, are working.

 

Now the 600 mgs of ibuprophrene are working.

 

Her foot is quickly healing and will be okay in about 1 week.
