Guest guest
He may want her healed but does she? That would be one of my first questions. Is she living in the U.S. and is she native to U.S. Twenty six is wrong age to have polio in the United States. Fifty six or older but not 26. And then I would want to ask some questions about their beliefs. Tommy Early today someone posted about wanting information about the healing of polio in their 26 year old wife. On crutches. Pretty much has a defeatist attitude now. And is getting heavy. Any suggestions for this guy, group?
Guest guest
A few thoughts... Do your practice (be that the Drills, or whatever modality you work with) from the positive. I find a large number of people construct their needs/wants from the negative (I don't want to hurt, I don't want to use crutches, etc.) vs the positive (I am in optimal health, I can walk freely and effortlessly, etc.). Even the statement " I am pain free " has pain as a primary focus of the statement. Taking this positive path can not only help your modality to be more powerful, but also help with the defeatist attitude. I do a meditation where I imagine a pearl in front me that I put all the negative thoughts, feelings and emotions associated with a situation. I thank the situation for the opportunity to learn and grow. I then let it float up to the Sun and evaporate. I then form a second pearl in which I put all thing thought, feelings and emotions of all the things I am doing without the situation. Like I mentioned above, the second pearl contains only positively constructed ideas (read: thoughtforms). I see the information in the second pearl as already accomplished, then send it up to my higher self/God/Divine Source (or whatever name you use) as already done. Try it! We all are on our individual paths to spiritual growth. These bodies are our host during this time. We are offered many situations to help us grow. What is her lesson/opportunity to grow here? Shine!
