Guest guest
> Take a look at Alan Ritz's book. There are some things of value there, > particulary his discussion on Chinese herbs (he does mention specific > post-coitum herbs) and a description of the VIP muscle as opposed to > Chia's and others' PC muscles to control ejaculation. By the way... the PC muscle approach DOES work. I don't follow all (in fact.. not very much) of Mantak Chia's advice because I know that a lot of it is more like... old legends... (and his techniques are sometimes pretty weird) But I think that whether you ejaculate or not is NOT that important concerning the effects on health. A strong PC muscle is. Just tensing it (while keeping the spine straight) increases the energy flowing through the body into the brain which has been measured by an institue in Vienna and observed by myself with biofeedback measuring ultra-slow-potentials. It is kind of a power generator for the body. And the good effects of a strong PC muscle to both genders, especially concerning the ability to have good and frequent sex are also widely known I think (and also been proven by myself ). Despite that I just ordered Alan Ritz's book because I'm interested in what HE talks about. Back to the original topic: Thanks a lot for your answer, Doc. > I personally CANNOT stand him, his writings, nor his voice. I think I know what you mean. > I also have all of his books. I think that's the real answer (to a question I didn't ask properly). I don't really want to know what you think about the person (I've found a video on his website and he's really... a " bit " bugging) but about what he teaches. And I think you wouldn't have bought all of his books if it ALL was just crap to you. I suppose that somewhere in his stuff is some real knowledge to find. > None of them are on Warrior Chi kung. So what is Warrior Chi kung about? I'm not too much interested into using all that for martial arts. I want to find a simple way to stay healthy (also in a high age) beyond a way that is imagineable for most people. I know that's possible. But I want to find the TRUE KNOWLEDGE, not chinese cultural stuff and legends. How much is the Warrior Chi kung set and what does it teach? By the way... I take the set on the Radiant Circuits could also have some interesting knowledge concerning that topic. How does it differ from what Donna and David teach and write about that topic? > The real point is, " how can you use what he teaches? " Right. I'm good at ignoring the bugging parts of people if I'm interested in what they have to say. So I hope I can use what he teaches to find and extract some real knowledge. Or are there any shortcuts I should know about? Respectfully, Michael
