Guest guest
Hi frank, Artificial? can you say more? Have you used EFT on it? The upper part? Closer to the elbow? Or the harry part? or both, is that what you mean by upper part? It hurts when you do what? It hurts more when you do what? Using the palm or a knuckle of your other hand. Massage the bottom of the bicep, so just above the bend. massage about 30 secs. press in with your thumb on the tendon of the bicep. it's huge you can't miss it, it's just above the bend of your arm. so press in and hold that one inch area for about 10 to 15 secs about three times. then just below the crease of your arm work the beer muscle, it's the one that lifts your arm up for a drink. massage it with your palm and then press in that area, especially looking for tender areas and pressing on them for about 10 to 15, about three times. Give that a look see with some eft.
Guest guest
Hi, Sometimes in the morning, I got a strange almost artificial feeling on the upper part of my forearms. This is not caused by doing a workout or so. I don't know what causes it, but it does not feel well. Could this be the aura pushing down? Maybe there is some drill to get rid of this? Guest guest
Hi! Could you be more specific with your description? Since simply sleeping in certain positions can press nerves and cut off circulation and cause a feeling similar to what you describe... So please clarify... also there are sevral drills for the forearm/elbow/wrist areas that can aleviate stiffness related morning sensations... Juan M. Guest guest
Hi, yes, I have checked with my doctor. I do not have high blood pressure, I am also not overweight. I let him even check my blood and it was all OK. The feeling is mostly on the complete upper part of my forearms, but when it's more intense, I feel it also at the top of my hands, and the upper part of my arms. I even had it once or twice over my whole body. I really only happens when I wake up from sleep, but it can last many hours. The best way I can describe it is like there is some 'field' closely warped on those parts, and it give the impression that it's less then 1cm high, and penetrating just a bit into my skin, pushing into me. When the feeling is gone, my arms and hands sometimes still hurt (everywhere the 'field' was pushing), like I had been doing too much excercises, but I didn't. Also I checked when I have the feeling, and my muscles are not tense. I have been doing the 5 Minute Daily Energy Routine now for 5-6 months or so when I wake up. I'm going to do the suggestions that have been given here. I hope it helps. Thanks for the advice. Frank V , Helen Driscoll <helen wrote: > > Frank - > > Are you overweight ? High blood pressure?
