Actually Donna teaches it BOTH ways, DEPENDING on who she's working

with, which when I actually paid attention, was really kool.

 

When with a Wood Element, " me " , I'd be asked to expel the venom very

hard, and doing it that way really did help me. In fact, the louder,

the harder, the more ferocious, the better!

 

And when Donna was working with someone less " active " with their

emotions, ie a Water Element, she would have them do it the " softer "

way, the way you talk about above.

 

But for me, the soft way sucks. For any action orientated person

that " gets shit done quick " the soft way sucks.

 

And I'll bet that for the Water elements, and the Earth elements,

the way that works best for me, for them, sucks.

 

I think that there is a BIGGER CONCEPT here than one way is right

and the other way is wrong.
