Hi group

 

 

 

Any ideas how to ease my legs

 

On the long flight to Medford

 

I will be on airplanes and airports

 

For about 22 hours on economy class

 

My feet tend to hurt as if the blood stays down

 

One idea I have is to go to level and imagine

 

My legs light as if I am after a good sleep-

 

But I don’t believe myself

 

Ok I think I’ll do idd for not believing myself

 

Then going into level

 

Any other ideas?

 

Something in energy medicine?
