The normal way. And remember, sometimes the " hands-on-method " works much faster. I think I've already posted the Edgar Cayce method for getting rid of bone spurs...and it should be in the archives. I think it was in Reilly's book, " The Edgar Cayce Handbook for Health Through Drugless Therapy " . Or in Dr. William McGarey's book. The blue one. Guest guest
I can tell you a success story about bone spurs I was unlucky enough to fall victim to a tree that struck back while I was pruning its diseased limbs for it. Believe me, this tree was rotten:) Anyway, it clouted me on the side of the neck, sending me 30 foot in my ropes to the floor. I was partially paralised for a day or so, then the nerves started working again after the bruising subsided. However, after a few weeks I noticed (when I was really relaxed) that a buzz was occurring in that previously partially paralised side. It grew. It took me a while to realise that a bone spur was growing in my neck and twinging on the nerve. It was also pulling on the muscles in my legs and misaligning the kneecaps turning my knees into some kind of percussive musical instrument:) I used a castor oil compress on my neck for 5 months. My Ma is a bit of a hippy and knows about these things. I have also read it is a Cayce method. Ma also recommended stretching and self massage to the axis in order to keep the blood flowing around the bone. Nothing happened until about the 5th month of applying the compress before bed every day (whilst planning for the next day or relaxing (20 min approx)). No problem now:) I did have very good expectations for success though. I can't fault my Ma's intuition. Guest guest
Hi group, My mother has had bone spurs in her heels for years. I know that she has had surgery a few years back on her feet and she was talking today about possibly going in to get another surgery on a different part of her foot. I've been watching her over the past few weeks getting worse and worse. Today she is limping her way along because it hurts so bad. I believe that there is a way that she can heal this without surgery. I suspect it might have to do with using DMSO and maybe peanut oil. I am not sure what to do specifically. Please tell me what to do. Thanks, Brandon
