Guest guest
With all the exercises we did leading people to relaxed states of mind to recall dreams, I became so much better at hypnotic induction than I was at the last seminar I attended. Doc had us aiming for speed this time and I discovered that using something as simple as a change in our physiology it became easy and quick for me to take someone to a relaxed state and recall their dream in record time. The more I practiced hypnosis on all the different people I worked with, the better I got at noticing whether and when they were accessing something from their dream via V, A or K abilities. I could then use what I observed in their VAK physiology to help them to better recall their dreams...pretty cool how that worked so seamlessly. Using hypnosis I also learned how to anchor states of confidence in someone by having them step into a thoughtform and have a resource of excellence they wanted to have. We also learned some other neat things that you could do with those kinds of thoughtforms of excellence....and have to say, those were some pretty darn sneaky and ingenious ideas Doc gave us.
