Yep. I work with many people every week, and some come in after being brain washed for 20 years by " the rapistis " who are looking for any reason to keep their clients with them, because those clients pay their rent. Ugh! Clearing up blockages in those that actually have a positive " direction " in their life is a lot of fun.

Hi Doc: I suppose I am one of "the rapists," who works with all sorts of clinically diagnosed patients. I currently work in a fee for service agency, which means that I work for myself, but the agency provides the overhead needs that I have, as well as the patients, for a substantial chunk of the fees. For now that is what I chose to do. (I had my own practice that I had to shut down after 9/11). My aim has always been to "empower" people to help themselves with tools that can be taught to them. I don't want to be the baby-sitter for them, and that is why I have spent thousands of my own money and hours of my own time to learn skills to be able to be of real help. I think that most therapists are in a double bind, because on the one hand they do need the income, so consciously or subconsciously maintain their patients dependent on them. On the other hand, they really do want to help their patients to move forward in their lives. After being in your seminar in October, I sort of got a fire under me to move forward myself, and get past some of my fears. As I mentioned before, after having a flying phobia for over 20 years, I got myself comfortably over to Oregon, and back again to New York, very comfortably. WhenI got back, I did a few workshops at the Gym that I attend, helping their clientele with their diet program (I don't really believe in diets). They have asked me back to do some more of basic energy psychology / energy medicine types of things. Today, I am beginning a 6 week workshop at my Fee for Service Center, with about a dozen of "the rapists" to teach them the basic skills of EFT, energy testing, and addressing some of THEIR issues. My hope is that they will take on a new mindset so that after experiencing some of the benefits of EFT, they will be motivated to pursue the learnings on their own to address some of their patients' issues. Perhaps this one small step will lead to some of "the rapists" at my Center to want to find a better, faster way of helping their patients, and feel the satisfaction of knowing that they truly have made a difference in their patients' lives. It was my overwhelming desire to be at your October seminar, that propelled me to take steps in getting out of my own way and attempt to overcome my self-imposed fears and limitations. I don't even have any apprehensions to stand in front of my peers to teach them stuff. How cool is that? So I NEVER do therapy. What I do is PEAK PERFORMANCE TRAINING, or one-on-ones for self- help, and personal growth. And I never want to see any client more than twice. Many I can easily assist. Some I refuse to even see. But I do refer them to a " babysitter " so they both can get their outcomes. Again, Paulina, it's the 4 BASIC POWERS that we all have. The 2 INTERNAL POWERS, and the 2 EXTERNAL POWERS. > After being in your seminar in October, I sort of got a fire under me to move > forward myself, and get past some of my fears. To do that and be effective at it, you might need to address how else they can make even more money. Remember my dvd's on " Secrets of Accessing Your Own Ocean of Money through the MONEY MAGNET " ? That entire 3 day seminar was for that purpose. Sincerely, ex-chicken? Sun tzu covers this is his strategies. Beautiful for those that are at mastery level in any field to know and study.
