Just to add my $0.02 worth to the discussion...

 

I've been Donna's Energy drills for a few months now and have had

good results. However, my chronic heartburn (which is hereditary and

which I've had since I was 13) has been unmoved...

 

...until I went to Donna's 5-day intensive.

 

One of the TA's there noted that I was homo-lateral. Surprise to me

since I do the homo-lateral cross-crawl every morning. This same TA

suggested that I do it between 4 and 7 times a day for about 30 days.

 

From that moment I've been doing the homo-lateral cross-crawl every

time I think of it, sometimes as much as 10 times a day.

 

The result is that my heartburn has all but stopped completly! I

know that Donna has said that if you're homo-lateral you just won't

get better from whatever it is that ails you.

 

So now, in addition to all of the other energy drills that I do, I

do the homo-lateral cross-crawl every time I think of it.

 

And every day, and in every way, life just keeps getting better and

better...

or it don't work.

 

Sort of like putting out a forest fire by pissing on it.

 

You feel better, right away, but the house still burns down;-)

Avoid certain foods, red meat, anything with grease, undigestible

food combinations, etc...

Hi doc

Few years ago I was

diagnosed as ADD

And the doctor recommended

Ritalin

My sweet ku told me :a

creative person

Shouldn’t deal with

that

Coming back from the

seminar and after

A great lesson from Lori

about homoleteral

Thank you Lori

I understood that that’s

what happens

When I remember it I do

the energy test

That Lori recommended

Going forward –ET

Going backwards-ET

When I see my energies

are homolateral

I do cross crawl

sometimes it helps

I understand now why

sometimes –because I don’t

Have patience to do the homolateral

crossover

I think part of impatience

is from being

Homolateral-anyhow

I’ll try it

What works very well is

my memory

And seeing things clear

and being able to

Do a lot

I can deal with many

things at a time

When I feel uncomfortable

with myself-

I stop go the toilette at

my work and do the drills

And if it’s not

giving me what I want-

I ask myself imagine

how Aileen would have ask

‘’Honeyyyy what else can you do for yourself’’?

 

If I have the answer I continue

if not

I know I will have it

But anyhow I am committed

to be in a wonderful state of

Feeling good doing what I

want to do

Default Normal TemplateOrna,

I have found the bathroom a VERY good place to work on homolateral.

 

At Donna's workshop we had to work sitting down because of limited space so we

hit the tops of our legs in both homolateral with same hand hitting same leg and

crossover pattern - with right hand hitting left leg above the knee and left

hand hitting right leg above the knee. When I say hit, I mean rather gently. It

is whole hand rather than finger tapping like with EFT.

 

Do a few rounds before you leave the throne and feel like royalty.

In most cases of chhronic heartburn there is also chronic dehydration. Start each day with 2 glsses full of fresh water and keep hydrating all day.

I doubt this will affect the homolateral energy situation but it may make lot easier. I'd descramble with Wayne Cook before the celtic wave drill.

That would be interesting especially since Ritalin SPEEDS UP the

thinking in adults!

 

Which is why they give it to kids. It's supposed to SLOW THEM DOWN.

I don't take that long on the commode.

 

But, between clients, I'll do the damn drills.

LOL! Love the image! That'll have me chuckling for the rest of the

day...

 

Something else is happening too, although I don't quite know how to

describe it. I look " different " to myself when I look in the mirror.

I can't describe how ... yet. But different.

 

It's strange. Don't know what it means, but since everything else is

good, I'm assuming this is a good thing, too.

 

I know this sounds weird, but that's the only way I can describe it.

And it's striking eoungh to cause me to comment on it here.
